Reducing recidivism and mass incarceration in Massachusetts
Our organization is actively looking to partner with socially responsible cannabis businesses to bolster our efforts at uplifting returning citizens and communities harmed by the war on drugs. Big Hope has recently launched our Each One Teach One Series, a collection of upcoming cannabis expungement and educational seminars that will be hosted in Areas of Disproportionate Impact.
Big Hope Project will be launching the Big Hope Fellowship program, which is made up of a diverse group of BIPOC cannabis entrepreneurs who each residents of areas disproportionately impacted by the war on drugs. The program is designed to empower our fellows by providing & connecting them with resources, training, and hands on experience. In addition, most of the cohort are certified Social Equity applicants in various stages of obtaining their cannabis licenses.
